1. Training Services

After purchasing the product, users are entitled to one complimentary standardized training session. The training will be conducted at our company’s location, and users are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and other related expenses.

2. Warranty Terms

The warranty period for BrainyBee products starts from the date you receive the product. If a performance failure occurs due to a product quality issue within the warranty period, and the issue is confirmed by the distributor or manufacturer’s technical personnel, you will be entitled to free repair service.

The warranty can be extended for an additional year at 20% of the original purchase price.

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

Damage caused by human factors, such as collisions or crashes not resulting from product quality issues.

Damage due to unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or shell opening.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, usage, or operation that does not follow official guidelines.

Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or part replacements by the user.

Damage caused by improper circuit modifications, mismatched battery packs, or inappropriate charger usage.

Damage due to failure to follow official training procedures during flight operations.

Damage from operation in adverse weather conditions such as strong winds, rain, or dust.

Damage caused by operation in high electromagnetic interference environments, such as mining areas, transmission towers, high-voltage power lines, and substations.

Damage due to interference from other wireless devices.

Damage resulting from exceeding the safe takeoff weight.

Damage caused by forcing flight with aged or damaged components.

Damage due to low battery levels or using defective batteries that fail to provide sufficient power.

Damage caused by continuous operation without proper breaks.

Damage resulting from forced flight despite visible component damage.

Damage caused by using unauthorized third-party components, leading to instability or incompatibility.

Failures or damages caused by third-party products (including those purchased or integrated into the BrainyBee UAV at the user’s request).

3. Repair Policy

Performance failures not caused by product quality issues are not covered under warranty, but we provide paid repair services.

If your product is not eligible for warranty service, we will issue a detailed repair report and cost estimate. Upon payment of the relevant fees, we will proceed with the necessary repairs or part replacements.

If the damage is severe and the repair cost is too high, and the product is not covered by the warranty, we recommend replacing the product with a new unit.
